We put the commonest and most dangerous children's medicine outside the paywall on purpose. You should never have to pay to check a paracetamol dose.
Paracetamol will never go behind a payment. Not as a launch offer, not later. It is the medicine most likely to be in your cupboard and the one most likely to be given at twice the right dose — charging for that check would be the wrong thing to do.
The app checks a dose against published limits. Sometimes you need someone who can read your actual bottle and hear the whole situation. That is included — not charged per question.

We answer questions about medicines, doses, labels and interactions for your own children. We cannot diagnose, prescribe, or tell you to start or stop a prescribed medicine — and if your own doctor or pharmacist told you something different, follow them.

The unlock is saved in your phone's browser. Keep the receipt email — the link in it will unlock a new phone too. If you lose it, message us and we will sort it out.
Because it is the medicine most likely to be in your house, and the one where a strength mix-up does the most harm. Putting that behind a payment would make the app less safe, so we do not.
Yes, for your own children, within what a pharmacist can properly answer over a message. We are two people, so please be reasonable — but we have not set a counter.
If the app does not work for you, message us and we will refund it. We would rather that than have you stuck with something you cannot use.
Your child's details are not. Profiles are saved in your own browser, on your own phone — there is no server for them to go to, and no account. WhatsApp messages stay between you and the pharmacist.
The website itself does use Google Analytics, so we can see how many people visit and which pages get used. That records things like which page was opened, the kind of phone, and a rough location. It does not record your child's details, the doses you check, or your payment reference.
